GlobalBanks is looking for a customer success specialist to join our growing team… and make no mistake this is a role that we take very seriously.

The successful applicant will be an advocate for our members, making sure they get the highest level of service every time they submit a request. Whether they have a simple question, or want us to clarify a complex banking issue, the Customer Success team is the first point of contact for all of it!

GlobalBanks has the experience to tackle any question, and while we won’t expect you to know the ins and outs of international banking when get started, any relevant customer success experience would be valuable.

Of course, a big part of this role is helping prospective members determine if GlobalBanks is a good fit for them. That means helping them see the differences between GlobalBanks and other (more expensive, less helpful) options.

We believe that GlobalBanks delivers a unique and valuable service to our members. We help them find and open accounts, meet their objectives, and alleviate significant stress and worry caused by uncertainty around their bank accounts.
